The day we walked in to have my sons first visit with Dr. Ross! The feeling the atmosphere the love he and his staff give was the most amazing! Experience! Blake had his braces on for about 3 years and there was not one time I called or went there that they did not give 150%!! No matter what you were there for!! Dr. Ross has so much love for all his patients!! It was like he was all those kids and adults dad the way he cares and talks to your kid always going the extra mile and makes them feel like a star!!! I’ve always heard great things about this office, but experiencing it for myself made me understand why! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everything was handled in a timely and organized manner, and the staff did a wonderful job on setting up a great financial plan that works best for me, explaining everything I needed to know about maintaining my braces and what to expect throughout the process.Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and attentive to my concerns. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me set a realistic goal for my treatment.
